mudpie grants share options to director (gbr)

Mudpie Group is pleased to announce that it has granted share options to Ben Harris. Ben, who has been a director of the company since 2004, will have the option to buy up to 10% of the share capital of Mudpie, from its current owners, Fiona and Andrew Jenvey. Mudpie is the publisher of Mpdclick as well as the best selling Mudpie trend books and the UK’s largest design consultancy to the fashion industry.
Andrew Jenvey, the Group Finance Director said, “The transfer of shares to Ben represents the first stage in our succession planning, to ensure that the business can continue to deliver world class solutions to fashion professionals. Fiona and I will maintain our ownership of the majority of the shares for many years to come, but we will also seek to transfer some shares over time to those who, like Ben, have become key to the future of the business.”
As well as this there was considerable media interest at the event with Ben Harris making a number of interviews with local, national and state run television networks and also appearing as a guest speaker at a televised panel debate, which focused on the success of the Polish fashion industry and the current market, speaking alongside some key figures within the apparel industry.
