Mudpie, an established international fashion trend forecasting company, is looking to extend its team within their large UK design studio based in Romsey, Hampshire.This full-time role will require experience using creative Adobe programs, while knowledge in CorelDraw would be an advantage. Experience in fashion graphic design, with knowledge of web-based products would be preferred. This individual must have strong research and communication skills and be able to efficiently manage schedules and deadlines. Main tasks will include creating trend-led graphics and all over prints for womenswear, menswear, girls, boys and baby, while generally overseeing graphic content on our online trend service, and a junior team member.

The successful applicant will need to have an interest in fashion or a fashion related degree, have accomplished English and numerical skills. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be beneficial and strong IT skills are essential. Applicants need to be hardworking, enthusiastic and possess great attention to detail. Main tasks will include image handling and management, uploading data to our website and general office duties.

Mudpie’s online fashion intelligence resource, mpdclick.com, is looking for motivated trend researchers to complete street and retail reports for us in the following locations

Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Copenhagen, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Miami, Milan, Moscow, New York, Paris, Reykjavik, Rio de Janeiro, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Scandinavia, Sydney and Tokyo.

The successful person will live in these cities or travel regularly to them on an independent basis, have good fashion knowledge, a good standard of English and a strong interest in youth and children’s trends and culture. Local knowledge of important retailers in these cities is essential.

This position will involve taking photos of garments in city centre stores and of what people are wearing on the street. The position is freelance and would fit around another job as the work is very flexible.

Travel costs will not be covered so the ideal candidate will live permanently in these international locations.

We are looking for students to join the busy Mpdclick team to assist with the production of our trend reports. The ideal student will have a basic working knowledge of Photoshop, some creative writing skills, the ability to assist with research projects plus an enthusiastic and committed attitude.

Due to our location in Lockerley, near Romsey, your own transport is essential.
