At Mudpie, there is a company structure in place which allows for clear reporting and communication channels, as well as defined levels of progression.  From our Junior Designers to Director level, staff are offered full support in order to reach their full potential.  Mudpie have an ‘open door’ policy when it comes to reporting, discussing and planning, and interaction between every level of employee, from Junior Designer to Director, is encouraged.
